Advance Insights, Terms & Condition
The Advance insight is a product which is offered to all Banctech users ( here in after the “company” ) under the following Terms & Conditions.
Your Account
To use the Banctech service, you must create an account and provide us with accurate and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify Banctech of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Payments
Banctech allows you to make payments to your wallet. By making payment to Banctech, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the third-party providers, as well as these Terms of Service.
Fees
Banctech may charge fees for certain services or transactions, such as processing fees or convenience fees. Any fees will be clearly disclosed to you before you complete a transaction.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Banctech service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing. You also agree not to use the Banctech service to harass, defame, or threaten any person or entity, or to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or objectionable.
Thrift (Akawo)
In Banctech we offer our users friendly and flexible Thrifting plans ranging from Daily, weekly and monthly with a selective periods of 3 months, 6 months and 1 year. Creat an account to thrift for as low as 1,000.00 naria and above.
Investment
Banctech offers users a more secure and reliable investment packages. Users can invest as low as 5,000.00 naira and above, giving users the opportunity to choose any investment plan of their choice which encourages flexibility. Our investment periods are as follows;
3 months : users can only get 15% return on investment and a service fee of 20% will be deducted from user's profit
6 months: users can only get 25% return on investment and a service fee of 20% will be deducted from user's profit
1 year: users can only get 50% return on investment and a service fee of 20% will be deducted from user's profit.
Referral program
Create an account with Banctech and automatically be eligible to our referral program. Refer and earn a sum of 500 naira per an active referral. An active referral is one who is consistent with his or her Thrifting plans during/ through our the referral's Thrifting period
Introduction
- 1.1 This product is available to all users of Banctech who have satisfied the criteria set out in the product Terms & Conditions.
- 1.2 The user acknowledges, confirms, and accepts to be legally bound by the Terms & Conditions as outlined in this and/or any other legally binding agreement between them and the company.
Terms & Conditions
- 2.1 The product is offered on a complimentary basis subject to the user meeting specific deposit requirements.
- 2.2 Eligibility criteria for using the product:
- The user must submit their details as per the registration agreement via the website and must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age requirement in their country of residence.
- By submitting their details, the user accepts the Terms & Conditions.
- After registration, the user must make a capital deposit to their wallet before proceeding to thrift or investment accounts.
- All information provided during registration must be correct to avoid account termination.
- 2.3 If a Banctech user account is terminated, whether voluntarily or by the company as per the account opening agreement Terms & Conditions, access to the product and any capital/profit will be automatically terminated.
Amendment and Termination
- 3.1 The company reserves the right to unilaterally modify the product or any of its Terms & Conditions at any time with the user's prior consent.
- 3.2 If the company suspects or believes a user has abused or manipulated the Terms & Conditions, it reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to cancel services offered to the user with reasons and immediate effect.
Dispute
- 4.1 Any dispute arising with or in connection with the Terms & Conditions shall be dealt with under the company’s complaint handling policy, available via the company Telegram channel.
- 4.2 All complaints must be in writing and addressed to the company’s email.
Acknowledgment
- 5.1 The user acknowledges that the company has the right to contact them via the phone number provided during registration.
